Harmony Agency collects information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, and phone number. For artists, we may also collect professional information such as skills, nationality, and contract details.
We use your information to provide and improve our entertainment booking services, manage artist schedules, process bookings, and communicate with you about your account and events.
When you sign in with Google, we access your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture). For administrators managing calendar sync, we may request read-only access to Google Calendar data to synchronize booking schedules. We do not share your Google account data with third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access or disclosure.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., sharing artist availability with venue partners for booking purposes).
